Büllesbach & Plöntzke is seeking a freelance Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant for a client to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Requirements/Tasks

• Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the integration between Onboarding and EC
• Technical leadership and execution of workshops
• Conception of future onboarding processes
• Recording, analysis, and structuring of business requirements
• Support of subsequent implementation and customization
• Coordination with business departments, project team, and other SuccessFactors streams
• Experience with the integration of external recruiting systems, ideally SmartRecruiters, is advantageous
• Fluent German and good English skills

6 months with an option to extend

Utilization: approx. 2 days per week

predominantly remote, occasional on-site appointments by arrangement
