Initial Situation:

For a project in the energy industry, a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is sought as a topic lead for a Fit-to-Standard workshop during the design phase.

The focus is on SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development. The role includes independently leading the preparation, the workshop, and the closing meeting, as well as communication with the HR department.

Preparatory documents are already available.

Responsibilities

Framework Data:

• Preparation and leadership of the Fit-to-Standard workshop SuccessFactors Succession & Development with the HR department
• Clarification of open design questions (including mentoring program, key positions & risk of loss, talent pools, career and development paths, differentiation from Performance & Goals)
• Closing meeting and technical review of the Fit-Gap document
• Coordination with the Lead Performance & Goals and project management
• Workshop date: 08.12.2026
• Utilization: approx. 2.5 person-days total
• Location: Essen, alternatively remote possible
• Project language: German

Requirements

• Project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development from implementations (Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Talent Review)
• Experience with Career Development Planning (career and development plans, Career Worksheet, mentoring programs)
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops or design phases (Fit-Gap analysis, contributions to the requirements specification)
• Workshop and moderation skills, confident demeanor with the HR department
• Structured, conceptual way of working
• Very good German language skills (project language)
• Quick familiarization with existing project documents
