Seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to support the digitalization of time management processes, including conception, implementation, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant (m/f/d)
Our client is seeking support in consulting, conception, implementation, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions. The goal is the digitalization of time management processes and their seamless integration into the existing HR system landscape. The assignment is planned from 01.12.2026 to 30.06.2027 and will be carried out completely location-independent; Nearshore is possible.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and capture requirements for time management and workforce management processes
- Consulting on SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central
- Conceive, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions
- System configuration and customizing in SAP SuccessFactors
- Create functional concepts, process documentation, and training materials
- Support data migration and system integration
- Conduct workshops, end-user training, and key-user enablement
- Conduct and support testing activities (unit, integration, and acceptance tests/UAT)
- Support go-live preparation, deployment, and hypercare
- Resolve system issues and continuously improve existing solutions
- Collaborate with business departments, project teams, and stakeholders
