SAP WM / Stock Room Management Process Consultant (Manager level) – Freelance – German Speaking

Masentó is looking for an experienced SAP WM / Stock Room Management Process Consultant to support a client in the MedTech sector on a S/4 template deployment project.

You'll act as the key link between the local business and the project team, making sure warehouse processes are captured accurately, tested thoroughly and adopted successfully by end users.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document requirements from local business stakeholders, translating them into clear process and functional designs.
• Plan and run integration testing across WM / Stock Room Management and connected modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Support business teams through UAT, including test preparation, execution, defect triage and resolution.
• Design and deliver end-user training, including training materials and hands-on sessions.
• Work closely with the wider project team to keep processes aligned with business needs and timelines.
• Requirements8+ years of SAP WM experience, with hands-on exposure to SAP Stock Room Management in S/4HANA.
• Proven track record across the full project lifecycle, especially requirements gathering, testing and go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with business users.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Able to be onsite in Munich around 50% of the time, and full-time during critical phases.
