Scheduler Infrastructure Projects

Project overview

For demanding network expansion projects in substation and line construction, we are looking for an experienced scheduler.

You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and further development of complex project schedules and will support project management in the targeted steering of project progress.

In doing so, you will coordinate internal and cross-project interfaces, keep an eye on important milestones, and identify schedule risks early on.

With forward-looking and structured scheduling, you will create transparency and make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of the projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and further develop schedules and update existing plans
• Maintain and control the master schedule and coordinate it with detailed schedules
• Coordinate interfaces as well as monitor critical dependencies and milestones
• Support project management through progress reporting and early identification of schedule deviations
• Accompany schedule reporting and risk management as well as assess schedule risks and impacts
• Proactively communicate project deadlines and ensure up-to-date, traceable schedule documentation

Requirements

• Several years of experience in scheduling infrastructure or electrical engineering projects
• Expert knowledge of MS Project and experience with complex project schedules
• Experience in the parallel management of multiple projects and cross-project dependencies
• Knowledge of common project management methods; IPMA certification desirable
• Experience in milestone management, schedule reporting, and risk assessment
• Analytical, structured way of working, strong communication skills, and very good German language skills, both written and spoken
