Scrum Master 100% – SAFe / Coordination / RTE & Assurance

As a Scrum Master / SAFe, you will support Scrum teams in becoming more autonomous and self-organizing. You will facilitate collaboration, help remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement of agile practices in a SAFe environment, with the goal of maximizing value creation. Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Coach teams in their development, agile maturity, and self-organization.
• Ensure the application of Scrum principles and optimize agile working methods.
• Identify and help remove impediments and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration between Architects, Product Owners, and Epic Owners.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Foster collaboration within the SAFe structure and support RTEs in coordinating activities.
• Promote transparency, feedback, continuous improvement, and value creation.

Role: Scrum Master

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment and practical SAFe experience.
• Very good knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and agile practices.
• Experience in coaching teams towards greater autonomy and self-organization.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and managing impediments and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions and arbitrate calmly, with diplomacy and a sense of responsibility.
• Results-oriented, sense of priorities, and ability to rally people around a common goal and value creation.
• Professional maturity, integrity, collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously.
• Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
