- Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or relevant experience in comparable technical fields
- Several years of experience with the UiPath RPA platform
- Know-how in RPA tools and software development experience are essential
- Knowledge of Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate RPA is a plus
- Experience in agile project management with Jira and Confluence according to Scrum
- .NET, VB.NET, C#, or Python programming experience is advantageous
- Communicative team player with a lot of initiative and enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
