Scrum Master in the SAP Area

Project overview

For a project with the federal administration, we are looking for several experienced Scrum Masters in the SAP environment. The positions are to be filled from November 2026 until the end of 2027.

Responsibilities

You will take on the Scrum Master role for several agile teams in a scaled SAFe environment. Your responsibility includes facilitating and moderating planning, synchronization, and review formats at the team and cross-team level. You will coordinate dependencies, support the continuous improvement of collaboration, and facilitate overarching process and planning activities. The role operates at the interface between operational team support and program-level coordination.

Requirements

Framework:

The positions are to be filled with different utilization levels (100%, 80%, and 50%). The primary work location is Bern on-site with occasional remote options. For the project duration, temporary employment with the local partner is required.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their profiles with hourly rate.

• Minimum Senior-Level Scrum Master profile
• Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex SAP environments
• Professional Scrum Master Certification (Scrum.org) or Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance)
• Sound knowledge of SAFe and SCRUM
• Confident use of JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent German and English
• Ability to involve subject matter experts as needed
