Project overview

As part of accelerating its Research activities, our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support a strategic product team in its agile evolution.

You will join an international team dedicated to the development and expansion of a centralized platform for managing biological substances and samples. This solution is a key driver for the group's research and innovation activities.

Beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies, we are looking for a true facilitator, capable of supporting teams towards greater autonomy, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master.
• Significant experience in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Mastery of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Good knowledge of:
• Kanban
• Lean
• SAFe
• Excellent facilitation and workshop animation skills.
• Strong ability to build consensus and unite teams.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner.
• Certifications:
• PSM I / PSM II
• CSM
• Mastery of workshops:
• Design Thinking
• User Story Mapping
• Experience in Data, Digital, R&D, or Life Sciences environments.
• Fluent English mandatory (daily exchanges in an international context).
