Job description

You will guide and coach multiple teams in working with an Agile mindset and successfully realizing developments iteratively. Within the teams and department, you will work closely with the other Scrum Masters, Product Owner(s), Product Manager, and Development Manager.

Crucial in this role is your empathy to build strong relationships. You ensure that we continue to make progress in the process, while also paying attention to the interests and needs of the people involved in this process and the associated collaboration.

Together with your fellow Scrum Masters, you will work on the development and professionalization of Generic Support Services as a whole. You will contribute to the further development of the department together with the Release Train Engineer. Your contribution truly makes a difference.

Together with your fellow Scrum Masters, you will work on the development and professionalization of the Generic Support Services department as a whole and the Scrum Master field within the department. You will contribute to and think along with overarching (SAFe) events and facilitate them if necessary.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex organization
• Minimum PSM1/2 or SSM. Leading SAFe minimum 5.1.

Nice to have

Professional Coaching or Team Coach training.

Wishes:

The role is hybrid, but physical presence is expected on the teams' office days. These are Monday and Thursday, and the location is one of our offices in Apeldoorn.

The Information Provision (IV) concern component of the Tax Administration is responsible for delivering all ICT facilities for the processes of the Tax Administration. The IV component Integration Business Services (IBS) Income Tax (IH) produces these facilities in line with the primary process of the Income Tax chain. We work on one of the most business-critical systems in the Netherlands, where many applications are produced and integrated into one working solution by IV IBS Income Tax. Quality is paramount in realizing products and services for citizens, businesses, and tax administration employees.

To be able to respond quickly and agilely to the wishes of our stakeholders in the future, we continuously invest in the renewal of our products and organize our working methods in such a way that we deliver the desired results in collaboration with many parties. We are preparing and executing large-scale adjustments in the application landscape of Income Tax. We do this over several years and in a controlled manner, so that the Tax Administration processes we support can continue to run unimpeded, while also being renewed. This demands a lot from us as an IV organization.
