Role Description

You will guide and coach multiple teams in working with an Agile mindset and successfully realizing developments iteratively. Within the teams and department, you will work closely with the other Scrum Masters, Product Owner(s), Product Manager, and Development Manager. Crucial in this role is your empathy to build strong relationships. You ensure that we continue to make progress in the process, while also paying attention to the interests and needs of the people involved in this process and the associated collaboration.

Together with your fellow Scrum Masters, you will work on the development and professionalization of Generic Support Services as a whole. You will contribute to and think along with the further development of the department together with the Release Train Engineer. Your contribution truly makes a difference.

Background Assignment

Together with your fellow scrum masters, you will work on the development and professionalization of the Generic Support Services department as a whole and the scrum master field within the department. You will contribute to and think along with overarching (SAFe) events and facilitate them if necessary.

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
