- Design and implementation of IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments
- Management of identities, roles, and access permissions
- Implementation of authentication, authorization, and federation solutions
- Ensuring the least privilege principle and minimizing authorization risks
- Integration and support of IAM solutions on cloud platforms, especially Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud

Your Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent foreign degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience after Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Very good knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
- Experience with Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and Defense in Depth in cloud and hybrid environments
- Good knowledge of RBAC, authorization models, and risks from privilege escalation
- Focus on Chinese cloud providers, especially Tencent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud
- NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with IAM solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), especially Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Experience with the integration of IAM into DevOps processes as well as with Secrets Management and non-human identities
