We are seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the enhancement of Security Operations capabilities, Managed Teams, and Managed Services in the German market. This role encompasses advisory services, opportunity development, team building, and service delivery, serving as a liaison between business development, delivery functions, and clients.

• Identify and develop new Managed Team and Managed Service opportunities within Security Operations.
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, requirement-gathering activities, and RFP processes.
• Analyze customer operating models and security-related delivery challenges.
• Support the creation of service concepts, target operating models, and scalable delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate communication with customers and internal stakeholders as the primary contact (SPOC).
• Build and develop Security Operations teams from scratch, including capability planning and staffing concepts.
• Manage and support teams of 5-10 people.
• Drive capability development within the Security domain and foster collaboration between nearshore delivery and customer organizations.
• Contribute to strategic pursuits, proposal development, and practice growth initiatives.
• Assist customers in evaluating and enhancing their Security Operations capabilities.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Consulting, Service Delivery, Solution Design, Security Operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong generalist knowledge across Security Operations and cybersecurity domains.
• Experience discussing business and technical requirements directly with enterprise customers.
• Proven experience in building teams from the ground up.
• Experience managing teams of 5-10 individuals.
• Experience in Managed Services and Managed Team environments.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently and drive projects from identification to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and proficient in English.
• Experience in the banking, insurance, or energy sectors.
• Deep expertise in a specific cybersecurity domain complemented by broad security knowledge.
• Experience in developing repeatable service offerings and delivery models.
• Background as a Business Analyst with exceptional customer engagement capabilities.
• Experience as a Senior Security Analyst with wide-ranging technical exposure.
