Job description
Experienced, hands-on security tester sought for an assignment in Asker, focusing on practical security testing of embedded software on Linux-based systems.
Project overview
The project involves practical security testing of embedded software on Linux-based systems. You will familiarize yourself with the architecture, identify attack surfaces, and design and conduct tests. Relevant tests will be automated into repeatable regression tests. You will also build internal competence within the team.

- Practical experience with pentest/security testing of IoT or embedded systems
- Testing of authentication, authorization, and communication interfaces
- Linux (SSH), network protocols, REST API, TLS, and certificates
- Python and experience with test automation
- Ability to translate threats into concrete, repeatable test cases
- It is an advantage if the consultant has experience with Robot Framework
