Test and Release Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Test and Release Manager for an innovative project in the financial sector in Brussels. This role offers the opportunity to work with future-oriented technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and cloud solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.

As Test and Release Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive quality and release approach. You will act as the interface between product development, engineering, operations, security, risk management, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities

You should have experience or strong interest in DLT technologies and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. This contract position starts promptly and offers flexible working models.

• Development and maintenance of an overarching test strategy with defined quality standards and governance guidelines
• Creation of integrated test plans, aligned with delivery and release roadmaps
• Ensuring that requirements are testable and quality risks are identified early
• Coordination of functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and security tests
• Establishment of effective defect management processes with clear prioritization and reporting
• Promotion of risk-based test automation within CI/CD pipelines
• Management of the integrated release calendar and coordination of milestones
• Support of Go/No-Go decisions through clear quality evidence and risk assessment
