Seeking a Senior Agile Coach for a client near Cologne, Germany, starting January 2027. The role involves developing and implementing agile processes, coaching employees, and advising IT management.
Project overview
For our client in the greater Cologne area, we are looking for a Senior Agile Coach (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Further development & implementation of agile processes with the aim of increasing efficiency & effectiveness
- Training employees in the practical application of agile working methods ("on-the-job coaching")
- Identifying potential for improvement in workflows
- Moderation of meetings (partly large events)
- Knowledge transfer to relevant key players
- Advising IT management on optimization possibilities & providing corresponding recommendations for action
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience in the Data Center/IT Operations environment
- Sound knowledge of agile methods such as Kanban, Scrum
- Experience in anchoring agile working methods
- Strong communication & consulting skills
Nice to have
- Focus on in-depth process improvement & "on-the-job" methodology
