You'll design and build production-ready agentic AI systems that support digital transformation and improve customer experience

Essential technologies
- Design and develop agentic AI systems that can reason, plan and take actions across multi-step workflows.
- Build scalable AI applications and microservices using Python.
- Develop solutions with Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering, embeddings and fine-tuning strategies.
- Create multi-agent orchestration workflows using Semantic Kernel and LangGraph.
- Integrate tools, APIs and enterprise systems using MCP or similar frameworks.
- Design RAG architectures, memory, state management and context-aware agent behaviours.
- Improve the performance, cost and latency of LLM-based solutions.
- Set technical standards and best practices for AI services and integrations.
- Define evaluation, governance, security and responsible AI approaches.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting and ongoing service improvements.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering multi-agent AI solutions.
- Experience building and productionising RAG and LLM-based solutions.
- Ability to design complex orchestration workflows and tool integrations.
- Experience building scalable AI microservices and supporting them in production.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps or LLMOps.
