Seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to develop and deploy AI applications, integrating them into existing IT landscapes and ensuring quality.
Project overview
Project Goal: For a long-term tender, an experienced Senior AI Developer / AI Engineer is sought to develop and productively introduce AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Development of AI applications
- Productive introduction of AI solutions
- Integration of AI solutions via APIs and interfaces into existing IT landscapes
- Testing, evaluation, and quality assurance of AI results

Expected Outcome: Successfully developed and productively introduced AI applications.
Application Information: Please include availability, hourly rate, German language skills, and two concrete AI reference projects indicating the role and scope of production deployment. Applications will only be considered if practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and at least two AI projects can be demonstrated. Experience exclusively with classic Machine Learning or BI/Data Analytics is likely insufficient for this tender.

- Very good knowledge of Python and common frameworks for AI applications
- Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases

- Experience with testing, evaluation, and quality assurance of AI results
- Experience with the productive introduction of AI solutions
- At least two relevant AI projects, at least one of which was piloted or put into production in the last three years
- German language skills required

- CI/CD and container technologies
- MLOps and operational support

- Experience with data protection, information security, and authorization concepts for AI applications
