A fast-growing company in the AI-native Healthcare SaaS sector is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) / Senior AI Software Developer Full Stack (m/f/d) to further develop its product portfolio.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

YOUR TALENTS:

• Design, development, and operation of modern web applications across the entire SaaS product portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps
• Integration of AI-native functions and agentic experiences into products, utilizing LLMs, retrieval, tool-use, and structured workflows with direct added value for clinicians and patients
• Conception, further development, and operation of cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity
• Co-design of shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses within the team
• Close collaboration with Product Management, UX, Architects, and other Engineers to raise the engineering and AI engineering standard
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach to feature delivery
• Must-have: Several years of senior experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with modern web applications, including depth in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python)
• Must-have: Solid knowledge of relevant cloud and DevOps practices (including Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform)
• Must-have: Demonstrable, effective use of AI in software development
• Must-have: Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Must-have: Strong problem-solving skills, innovative spirit, and proactivity related to healthcare
• Desirable: Practical experience with AI coding agents and building agents, skills, and workflows
• Desirable: Experience with AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering
• Desirable: Knowledge of LLM tooling (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, MCP)
