Responsibilities

• Analysis of IT budget control, budget planning, and forecasting
• Conception of cost models and cost allocation procedures
• Further development of IT Service Management and service catalog
• Linking IT services with cost, usage, and performance data
• Conception of an integrated data and reporting foundation
• Development of governance foundations and key figures for the entire IT department
• Creation of decision proposals and results documentation

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable
• Min. 5 years of experience in ITFM, IT Controlling, or IT Budget Control
• Profound knowledge in ITFM and IT Service Management
• Proven knowledge in at least one framework such as ITIL, TBM, or FinOps
• Development of cross-divisional control models and structures
• Experience with reporting, BI, and data-based control models
• Project references not older than 3 years
• Very good German language skills, at least level C1
