• Analysis of existing contract management processes, document types, IT systems, and storage structures
• Preparation, moderation, and documentation of interviews and workshops with relevant specialist departments
• Recording and modeling of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, including roles and responsibilities
• Definition of project scope and structuring of relevant contract and document types
• Collection, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements
• Development of technology-independent functional, component, data, and metadata models
• Performance of fit-gap analyses of existing systems and potential contract management solutions
• Market analysis and evaluation of suitable contract management tools
• Development of concrete action options and an implementation roadmap for 2027
• Preparation of results for management as a basis for decision-making
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering
• Sound practical experience with contract management tools such as Doxis, ContractHero, otris, or comparable solutions
• Demonstrable market knowledge of at least three relevant contract management solutions
• Experience with fit-gap analyses, software evaluations, and assessment of solution alternatives
• Very good understanding of contract management and document management systems (DMS/ECM/CLM)
• Experience in the analysis, design, and modeling of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, ideally with BPMN and Signavio
• Experience in creating business-technical target architectures as well as functional, component, data, and metadata models
• Sound knowledge in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
• Good IT, application, and integration understanding
• Experience in moderating workshops and in stakeholder management
• Ability for structured documentation, management communication, and development of decision-making bases and roadmaps
