SATIGO is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile discovery programme within the UK public sector. The engagement will focus on understanding existing business processes, stakeholder interactions, information flows and operational requirements associated with a developing regulatory framework.

SATIGO is an established digital delivery partner supporting UK public sector organisations through specialist consultancy and outcome-based delivery engagements.
- Lead business analysis activities throughout the discovery lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with user researchers, service designers and policy stakeholders.
- Identify and document user needs, business needs and operational constraints.
- Map existing business processes, customer journeys and stakeholder interactions.
- Analyse information flows, existing systems and opportunities for process improvement.
- Engage with external businesses, industry stakeholders and internal government teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities across existing processes and capabilities.
- Translate discovery findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations to inform future decisions.
- Extensive business analysis experience within UK Central Government, regulators or public sector organisations.
- Proven experience delivering GDS-aligned discovery phases for public-facing services.
- Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder analysis skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Ability to bridge technical, operational and non-technical policy stakeholders.
- Experience analysing complex business processes and interactions across multiple organisations.
- Experience working in ambiguous or evolving policy and regulatory environments.
