Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer for a client. You will play a central role between business and technology: You will understand business processes and needs at their core, structure complex requirements, and create the foundation for solutions that are functionally sensible and technically feasible. You are not just a requirements manager, but a sparring partner for our clients and our interdisciplinary teams.

The following tasks await you: Analysis and structuring of complex business problems, business processes, and requirements with a focus on the actual problem behind the request; Planning and moderation of interviews, workshops, and reviews; Collection, structuring, prioritization, and validation of requirements, as well as development of suitable business concepts, models, and specifications; Development of precise, verifiable specifications and contracts as a reliable "Single Source of Truth" for development and testing; Analysis of interfaces, data flows, roles, and system boundaries; Coordination between business departments, UX, architecture, development, testing, and operations; Accompanying requirements from the initial idea to functional tests and acceptance, and active further development of our methods and competencies in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
