Job facts: Direct client project

• Analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Conducting workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization
• Advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box ServiceNow SPM functionalities
• Translating business requirements into User Stories, Features, and Acceptance Criteria
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Stakeholders
• Support with functional testing, reviews, and acceptance activities
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
• In-depth knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Experience in preparing and moderating workshops with management and business departments
• Experience in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Very good knowledge of Scrum and SAFe
• Fluent German (C1) and English skills
• Diplomatic and confident stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills at management and operational levels
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
• Ability to reconcile different stakeholder interests and bring them to a common solution
• Quick comprehension, even with complex topics
• High degree of independence as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Exciting freelance project in the ServiceNow SPM environment in Vienna
• Predominantly remote collaboration with only a small on-site component
• Attractive hourly rate of €70–€85/hour

For a client project in Vienna, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant with in-depth experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) on a freelance basis.

Your Role

You will support the analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in several SPM areas. You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Business Departments, translating business requirements into structured, actionable requirements for agile delivery teams.
