Job description
KLM is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst for the JCT project within the CrewHorizon program, focusing on transforming operational systems. The role involves leading complex analysis, translating business needs into requirements, and guiding stakeholders and junior analysts.
Project overview
For the JCT project within KLM’s multi-year CrewHorizon program, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst.
All CVs must be submitted in English. Freelancers and self-employed contractors (ZZP) are not eligible for this assignment.
The project focuses on a complex transformation where the operational systems iCrew and NetLine are being phased out.
You will independently lead complex analytical issues, bring structure to unclear situations, and translate business needs into clear requirements and future-oriented processes. You will also play an important role in guiding stakeholders, SMEs, and junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex analysis issues from start to finish.
- Facilitate workshops and model future business processes with SMEs.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and concrete recommendations.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Present analyses and solution directions to support decision-making.
- Connect business, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Coach and guide junior analysts and SMEs.
- Lead process modeling, documentation, and knowledge sessions.

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst within complex IT and transformation projects.
- Demonstrable experience in independently leading complex analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of process modeling and requirements analysis.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and guiding stakeholders and junior colleagues.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect; certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
