Responsibilities

• Analysis of change surveys as well as derivation and prioritization of concrete measures
• Management and further development of cross-departmental transformation initiatives
• Development of a transparent change portfolio including success measurement and reporting
• Independent conception and implementation of organizational changes
• Further development and coordination of a change multiplier network
• Consulting of managers and stakeholders as well as moderation of workshops and decision-making formats
• Design of target group-oriented change communication

• Several years of experience in change management or organizational development, preferably in the IT environment
• Demonstrable experience in the independent management of complex transformation projects
• Sound knowledge of common change methods such as ADKAR, Kotter, or systemic organizational development
• Experience in evaluating survey data and developing concrete measures
• Practical experience in building change networks and supporting international organizational changes
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as confident stakeholder management
• Independent, structured, and implementation-oriented way of working
• Very good German and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
