Seeking a Senior Consultant with over 5 years of experience in AI and Personal Data Compliance (AI Act + GDPR) for a major audiovisual/media group. The role involves developing and implementing the company's AI Act compliance plan alongside the DPO's GDPR plan.
Project overview
Context
We are looking for a Senior Consultant in AI & Personal Data Compliance (AI Act + GDPR), with a Senior level (more than 5 years of significant experience), for an assignment within a major group in the audiovisual/media sector. The mission is part of the development and implementation of the company's compliance plan for the European AI Regulation, in parallel with the DPO's GDPR plan.
Missions
Tools & Environment
- Development and implementation of the compliance plan for the European AI Regulation
- Management of the AI systems register and identification of high-risk systems
- Implementation of procedures and documentation related to AI compliance
- Analysis of AI supplier contracts
- Awareness raising on AI and GDPR issues
- Monitoring of GDPR processing, support for projects and purchases
- Drafting of DPIAs and legal analysis notes
- Work on a "régie" basis within the DPO's department
- Use of the Dastra tool for entering registers, analyses, and remediation
- No deliverables outside the scope (registers, reports, data entry in Dastra)
