• Services:
• Development and updating of the data migration strategy, including procedure model, migration waves, test strategy, and cutover planning
• Creation and quality assurance of the migration concept, including quality, test, and acceptance procedures. Analysis of relevant source systems, target systems, data models, and interfaces
• Definition of migration objects, data mapping, transformation rules, and functional validation rules. Execution of data quality analyses in the source systems, conception of necessary data cleaning measures, and documentation of the cleaning status
• Conducting coordination meetings with source and target system managers, business departments, and IT teams on migration objects, mapping, and data cleaning
• Creation and updating of a cross-source system migration plan. Planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of migration tests (test migrations). Conception and execution of reconciliation procedures for the comparison of migrated data stocks
• Functional quality assurance of the work results of external migration service providers
• Identification, evaluation, and documentation of migration-related risks, dependencies, data quality problems, and escalation issues, including proposed measures
• Consulting on SAP-related migration requirements and interfaces to relevant surrounding systems
• Creation of migration-related cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning documents
• Creation of decision-ready status reports, management documents, and decision proposals
• Work results (to be created or updated):
• Migration strategy and migration concept
• Overview of migration objects
• Data mapping and transformation concepts
• Data quality reports and action plans
• Data cleaning concept, including tracking of cleaning measures
• Test concepts, test plans, test protocols, and defect overviews
• Reconciliation concept and reconciliation reports
• Cutover and go-live documents from a migration perspective, as well as go-live readiness assessment
• Status reports, risk analyses, and decision proposals

Requirements

• Experience with MILES (Sofico) or standard software for vehicle leasing/fleet management that integrates contract creation, contract management, billing, and contract end, proven in at least one project
• Independent data quality analysis, creation of data mappings/transformation rules, and execution of reconciliation checks (source/target comparison) in data migration projects, with all three activities proven in at least 2 projects per reference
• Independent creation of test concepts, execution and evaluation of at least two test migrations, and defect management for migration errors, with all three activities proven in at least 2 projects per reference
• Responsible role in data migration in programs with a total duration of more than 2 years, with personal commitment over at least two migration waves or releases proven in at least 2 projects
• Experience in risk, escalation, and quality management at program or management level proven in at least one project
• Functional responsibility towards an external migration service provider: coordination of deliverables and acceptance criteria, progress monitoring (planned/actual), quality control and acceptance of results, and escalation of deviations proven in at least one project

Your Qualifications

• MUST criteria:
• Experience as Work-Stream Lead or Sub-Project Manager in complex data migration programs with at least 7 years of project experience
• Leadership of a productive data migration as Workstream Lead or Sub-Project Manager Data Migration with more than * migrated contracts, assets, or customer objects proven in at least 2 projects
• Experience with migrations from at least three source systems within a migration project proven in at least one project
• Experience in a functionally responsible role (e.g., Sub-Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst) in projects for the introduction of leasing, fleet, or financing processes proven in at least 2 projects
