Job description
Seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in AI Governance to manage project delivery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for AI products and services.
Project overview
+ Set up project plan as well as manage delivery, dependencies, risks, and deadlines.
+ Plan, moderate, and evaluate workshops and interviews for requirements gathering.
+ Structure requirements and translate them into backlog, processes, decision, and acceptance criteria.
+ Technically conceptualize intake, risk triage, governance tracks, register/inventory logic, and proof of compliance.
+ Coordinate AI Products & Services, Data & AI Platform, Legal/AI Act, Data Protection, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Works Council, and specialist departments.
+ Create documentation, status, and decision papers and support the register/intake MVP or pilot.
Requirements
+ Several years of senior consulting experience in AI Governance, Digital Governance, or regulated transformation.
+ Very strong project management as well as sound business analysis and requirements engineering competence.
+ Good understanding of EU AI Act or Governance Operating Models; no legal advice.
+ Ability to pragmatically combine technical, regulatory, and technical perspectives.
+ Very good German, clear structured communication, and pronounced hands-on approach.
