Job description
Seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Director to lead strategic transformation initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate teams in a complex international environment.
Project overview
As part of a strategic program for transformation and strengthening cybersecurity, our client is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Program Director to lead several structuring workstreams and support the teams in their implementation. The consultant will work in a complex and international environment, with high visibility to management.

Work Environment
- Define and manage the strategy, roadmap, and priorities of the cybersecurity transformation program.
- Coordinate several technical workstreams: network security, Zscaler, SOC, WAF, DDoS protection, CMDB, and Disaster Recovery.
- Structure and manage program governance: steering committees, executive reporting, arbitration.
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure coordination between IT, cybersecurity teams, and various stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate blocking points, and guarantee the achievement of program objectives.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or technology transformation, with significant experience in managing complex programs.
- Proven experience in managing strategic IT/cybersecurity programs, ideally in international and matrix organizations.
- Solid cybersecurity culture and good understanding of network, Cloud, SOC, IAM, WAF, DDoS, DR, and IT infrastructure environments.
- Ability to challenge technical teams and communicate with management-level stakeholders.
- Project or program management certification expected: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or MSP. CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications are appreciated.
- Higher education degree (Bac+5) in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or management.
- Fluent French and English required.
