Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support business teams, analyze data for insurance operations (claims, contracts, premiums), and contribute to the modernization of the data environment. The role involves developing BI dashboards, defining KPIs, and collaborating with Data Science teams.

- Collect, analyze, and process the Data and Business Intelligence (BI) needs of the Operations teams, covering claims management, contract lifecycle, and premium administration.
- Work closely with business managers and employees directly involved in operational processes.
- Conduct complex analyses and perform data reconciliations between different systems, using SQL and Data Warehouse principles.
- Transform business challenges and issues into relevant analyses and directly actionable recommendations.
- Actively contribute to the transition to a new Data Platform, integrating a modernized functional architecture and new technological tools.
- Administer, structure, and evolve datasets specific to different business domains, in compliance with Data Mesh principles.
- Participate in the improvement and optimization of ETL flows and pipelines, particularly using SAS EG, dbt, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with Data Science & AI teams to facilitate the industrialization of use cases based on predictive models.
- Develop advanced dashboards and data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI, SAS VA, and Apache Superset.
- Design and formalize reliable, consistent, and harmonized key performance indicators (KPIs) across different departments.
- Perform in-depth statistical and quantitative analyses to highlight trends, detect anomalies, and identify value creation opportunities.
- Present analysis results in a structured, understandable, and convincing manner to various stakeholders.
- Act as a reference for junior analysts by supporting them in their work and skill development.
- Encourage knowledge capitalization, sharing of best practices, and dissemination of Data expertise within the teams.
