• 12:00 p.m. CST; candidate must be available during morning hours to collaborate with the offshore team) Location: Remote Pay Range: $50-$60/hour Job Description Our client, a healthcare organization, is looking for a Senior Design professional who can oversee and give creative/brand direction to an overseas design team. This role is ideal for an experienced creative professional who enjoys combining design expertise with mentorship, quality assurance, and process improvement. This is not expected to be a hands-on design role. The selected candidate will help elevate the quality and consistency of a growing global creative team, serving as a key liaison between U.S.-based stakeholders and an offshore design team in Manila, Philippines. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by strengthening collaboration, improving creative workflows, and coaching designers to produce exceptional work. Responsibilities
• Review creative deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and visual effectiveness
• Provide constructive design feedback, creative direction, and mentorship to designers
• Support creative quality assurance, proofing, and adherence to established brand standards
• Train and coach team members on design principles, best practices, and workflow expectations
• Partner with stakeholders to improve communication, feedback processes, and project execution
• Serve as a creative and cultural liaison between domestic and international teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce revisions, and improve team efficiency
• Help elevate the overall quality and consistency of creative output across the organization Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused marketing, communications, and creative work
• Experience providing creative direction, conducting design reviews, or mentoring designers
• Experience collaborating with offshore, global, or distributed creative teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality
• Ability to balance hands-on design expertise with coaching and consulting responsibilities Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with teams in the Philippines or across the APAC region
• Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and global team collaboration
• Experience developing creative workflows, training programs, or quality assurance processes
