Senior DevOps Engineer 100% – Java | Spring | Angular | Payment Transactions

For a bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced individual to further develop and support the payment transaction applications EBICS, SWIFT, and MBCLT.

The focus is on software development with Java/Spring and Angular, supplemented by support and operational tasks. Within an existing Scrum team, you will work closely with business departments and other IT teams.

Role: Senior DevOps Developer (m/f/d)

• Independent implementation of features and stories in the Scrum team
• Analysis of business requirements and development of technical concepts and designs
• Development of backend components with Java/Spring and frontend components with Angular
• Further development of the applications EBICS, SWIFT, and MBCLT in payment transactions
• Ensuring the quality and timely implementation of your own deliverables
• Taking over 2nd level support and incident management within agreed working hours
• Several years of experience as a Senior Developer with Java/Spring and Angular
• Very good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with agile development methods and collaboration in a Scrum team
• Ability to understand banking-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration with business and technical teams, as well as willingness to take on operational tasks
• German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level
