Responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Design, automate, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Support services running across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Helm.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and Linux-related issues.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams, ensuring smooth deployments and operational readiness.
• Improve monitoring, observability, incident response, and platform reliability.
• Support secure engineering practices, including secrets management and infrastructure security.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve automation and deployment standards.
• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and Helm.
• Strong Linux administration, scripting, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Understanding of monitoring, incident response, secrets management, and secure engineering practices.
• Experience coordinating complex releases involving multiple teams.
• Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

This role requires working on-site at the Wrocław office five days per week. Candidates must be comfortable with a fully office-based working arrangement.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and platform reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.

In this role, you’ll work with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines to build and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure. You’ll also coordinate complex releases across multiple teams, troubleshoot challenging technical issues, and help improve observability and operational resilience.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex infrastructure environments.
