About the role

Are you an experienced Fullstack Developer who enjoys building robust backend services and intuitive frontend applications?

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join an expanding Data, Analytics & Reporting team within a global Compliance Technology function. The team develops and supports application platforms for model hosting, working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work across the full technology stack, combining Java and Spring Boot on the backend with React on the frontend. You’ll also contribute to cloud-based solutions built on Microsoft Azure, helping deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

From designing APIs and implementing business logic to developing frontend components and improving deployment pipelines, you’ll have the opportunity to influence solutions throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

What you’ll bring

• Design, develop, test, and maintain fullstack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Build reliable backend services, REST APIs, and application components.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement database access using SQL, JPA, and relational databases.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture, following clean code principles and engineering best practices.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve applications and services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and improve release, environment, and configuration management.
• Work with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and container technologies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• 8+ years of experience in application development, with a strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience developing frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably including:
• Azure App Service or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus or Event Hubs
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with SQL, JPA, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.
• Understanding of cloud-native solutions, microservices, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of software design principles, system architecture, and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
• A collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and good organizational skills.
