Summary

The Director of Project / Senior Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the continuity of technical project management during a replacement period. The main objective of this role is to ensure operational support for Microsoft 365 users and to drive technological evolutions of telephony systems, while ensuring effective management of technical projects.

Responsibilities

Must Haves:

• Take charge of the assigned portfolio of technical projects.
• Provide direct operational support for Microsoft 365 to users.
• Manage technological evolutions of call center type telephony systems.
• Coordinate technical teams, business units, and service providers.
• Maintain reliable, decision-oriented reporting.
• Prepare a structured transition upon the return of the Technical Projects Manager.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in managing technical projects or Infrastructure / Digital Workplace programs.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Operational experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience coordinating technical teams in a multi-site environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise telephony projects.
• Knowledge of hybrid and cloud infrastructures.
• Skills in incident and change management (ITSM).
