Project overview

For the further development of an established data warehouse platform, we are looking for an experienced Senior ETL / Data Warehouse Engineer with sound knowledge of Oracle-based data warehouse solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and quality assurance of existing ETL processes. You will work according to defined architectural and modeling specifications and ensure stable, performant, and sustainable data integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development, further development, and optimization of ETL routes within an existing data warehouse architecture
• Implementation of technical requirements, taking into account existing architectural and modeling specifications
• Ensuring high data quality, stability, and performance
• Analysis and optimization of complex SQL queries and data models
• Implementation of data integration and historization concepts
• Support of productive operation and continuous improvement of operational and support processes
• Close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and business departments

Requirements

General Framework:

• Several years of professional experience as an ETL or Data Warehouse Developer
• Excellent SQL knowledge and experience with complex data models
• Very good knowledge of Oracle databases and Oracle-based data warehouse solutions
• Sound experience in data integration, historization, data quality, and performance optimization
• Good knowledge of operational and support processes
• Independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility for the productive operation and sustainable further development of the platform
• Experience in banking or the financial industry is an advantage
• Start: January 2027
