For one of our strong partners, we are currently looking for a Senior File Manager Team Coach who thrives on guiding people, wants to take responsibility, and simultaneously wants to remain strongly involved with clients.

This is a position for someone who enjoys supporting and motivating a team, but who also wants to stay close to the practical work themselves. You combine coaching and process optimization with your own client portfolio, allowing you to make an impact on both people and results daily.

You will join an office where the stability and growth opportunities of a larger organization are combined with the human approach of a smaller team. No distant structure, but short communication lines, accessible management, and an environment where ideas are actually picked up.

• Operational management and task-oriented coaching of a compact team
• Daily guidance and support of colleagues, with a focus on growth and independence
• Independent management of your own client portfolio
• Contributing to efficiency improvements and further process optimization
• Implementing and optimizing digital tools, automations, and AI applications
• Onboarding and guidance of new employees and interns
• Monitoring quality, procedures, and deadlines
• Bachelor in Accountancy-Taxation or equivalent through experience
• At least 7 years of experience within an accountancy or bookkeeping firm
• Experience with task-oriented coaching and team guidance
• Strong affinity with digitalization, automation, and AI within finance
• Someone who can translate strategy into concrete actions
• Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
• A person who is not just looking for the next job, but wants to help build a long-term story
• An attractive salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross, tailored to your experience, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your expertise and impact
• Possibility to also perform this role as a freelancer. Daily or hourly rate to be discussed!
