Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java/React)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer for an exciting migration project in the SaaS sector. You will transfer an existing internal tool from a legacy solution (C# and ETL processes) to a modern, web-based service.

Your tasks include the complete redevelopment across all layers: from the API and data layer to the user interface. You will work on replacing the outdated solution and support the transition to a future-proof architecture.

Requirements

Knowledge of C# code readability, experience with ETL tools like Talend, as well as expertise in legacy rewrites and parallel cutover processes are advantageous.

The project is limited to 3 months and is offered as a freelance engagement. The position is 100% remote, ideal for developers who want to work flexibly and location-independently.

• Proven senior-level experience in full-stack development
• Sound Java knowledge with Spring Boot (or comparable framework), especially REST API design
• Strong React competence with TypeScript
• Solid experience with relational databases
• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Automated tests in the backend and frontend
• Fluent Italian (required)
