Long-term hybrid position in Lille for a Senior FullStack Developer with a strong Front-End focus (React/TypeScript) and Back-End experience (Java/Spring Boot/Kafka). The role involves auditing, refactoring, and developing interfaces, with progressive involvement in Back-End development and AI tool integration.
Project overview
Position: Confirmed / Senior FullStack Developer. Long-term mission based in Lille (hybrid). The information system dedicated to E-commerce Supply Chain is evolving to support service expansion and optimize the logistics chain. You will join the team responsible for a key delivery tracking component used by international operational teams. Mission primarily Front-End oriented at the start: audit, refactoring, structuring, and development of responsive interfaces, followed by progressive ramp-up on Back-End developments.
Expected value contribution: challenge the existing system, simplify and strengthen robustness, improve performance and maintainability. Use and integration of AI tools (Github Copilot, Gemini, Agentic AI) to optimize development workflows. Contribution to CI/CD processes, observability, and production run, with a focus on quality (Clean Code, tests, architecture) and team mentoring.

Profile sought
We are looking for a Confirmed / Senior FullStack Developer with a strong Front-End focus (JavaScript, TypeScript / React), practical Back-End experience (Java / Spring Boot / Kafka), and motivated to work across the entire stack. Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript to audit, refactor, and set standards for an existing application. Operational skills in Java and Spring Boot to design APIs and participate in asynchronous flows. Sense of clean, tested, and maintainable code, ability to prioritize compromise between technical robustness and business value. Curiosity for the use of generative AI tools.
Team spirit, pedagogical skills, and ability to share best practices.

Languages: Fluent / professional English (essential for the international context), Bilingual French.
