• Consulting, solutioning, and implementation of use cases in the context of the voice capabilities of a GenAI platform
• Conception of the solution architecture for integrating the Genesys telephone system with the GenAI platform, including data ingestion, model training, APIs and endpoints, as well as connection to existing IT systems
• Development of technical standards and architecture blueprints to ensure seamless collaboration between databases, applications, and platforms, and compliance with company-wide and regulatory architectural requirements
• Collaboration with business and IT teams to understand functional requirements and integrate them into the solution architecture
• Monitoring of new technologies, frameworks, and tools in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Senior GenAI Solution Architect, ideally in the banking environment
• Expertise in system design and integration patterns, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs, for example in conjunction with Genesys as well as AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with LLM and LLMOps implementations, including model serving, feature stores, and pipeline orchestration
• Sound knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS and, if applicable, Azure, as well as Kubernetes and the implementation of scalable, resilient applications and platform solutions
• Experience with the integration of AI solutions into cloud and on-premises legacy system landscapes
• Ability to clearly document and communicate technical issues, and to coordinate and advance complex issues with various stakeholders
• Ability to design the solution architecture for the integration of the Genesys telephone system with a GenAI platform, including data ingestion, model training, provision of APIs and endpoints, and integration into existing IT systems
• Ability to develop technical standards and architecture blueprints that ensure seamless collaboration of databases, applications, and platforms, as well as compliance with company-wide and regulatory architectural requirements
• Open personality with a quick grasp of concepts
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in collaborating with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and integrate them into the solution architecture
• Ability and interest to monitor new technologies, frameworks, and tools in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Engagement duration: January 2027 to December 2027 with an option for extension
