Project overview
As a Senior HR Policy Advisor, you will work on the renewal of the municipality's HR policy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting, updating, and evaluating integrated HR policy and policy frameworks
- Advising on complex HR issues and ensuring the embedding of new policy
- Translating organizational and societal goals into concrete HR instruments
- Coordinating with HR advice and HRD on themes such as strategic personnel planning and sustainable employability
- Following developments in the collective labor agreement for municipalities and legislation and translating them into practice
- Demonstrable experience in a senior policy-oriented HR role within a government organization
- Experience with independently setting up and implementing HR policy
- Current knowledge of labor law and the collective labor agreement for municipalities
- Proven experience in advising employee participation bodies
