Interim HR Advisor needed to advise management on complex personnel files and labor law, manage recruitment, and guide HR21 implementation.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising management and executives on complex personnel files and labor law issues
- Directing recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with the business
- Guiding management in the implementation of HR21
- Managing the phasing out of the existing time tracking system
- Ensuring the translation and compliance of organization-wide HR policy
- Demonstrable work experience in a comparable role as HRM advisor
- Available at short notice for at least 24 hours per week
- Knowledge of job evaluation and job structures within the public sector
- Experience in guiding organization-wide change processes or policy implementations
- HBO work and thinking level
