Senior Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager

Drive resilient hybrid cloud transformation — lead critical infrastructure projects that modernize public-sector healthcare services.

Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 3 remote days per week.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client in the public sector, with a strong focus on healthcare initiatives. You will lead cloud migrations, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure projects, on-premises infrastructure modernization, Hybrid Cloud and Disaster Recovery initiatives. Your work will help deliver stable, secure and scalable environments from project launch through operational handover.

Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Plan projects by co-creating project assumptions, schedules, estimates and risk registers.
• Deliver Hybrid Infrastructure and Cloud projects end-to-end, from initiation through handover to support and project closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects and technical specialists, as well as external partners and subcontractors.
• Lead client communication by organizing project meetings, steering sessions and acceptance procedures.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, risks and project profitability throughout delivery.
• Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee project closure, confirming operational readiness and completion of final deliverables.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, migration or cloud projects.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery skills, including planning, coordination, governance and closure.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with technical teams and vendors.
• Hands-on experience managing timelines, budgets, quality and risks.

Nice to have

Language Required for the role: Polish is required. English at minimum B2 level, with fluent working proficiency.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud, Disaster Recovery, High Availability and production environment migrations.
• Knowledge of VMware and Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Experience defining and managing RTO/RPO, switchover plans and Disaster Recovery testing.
