Senior IAM Engineer (Omada) position to be filled at our client in the Technology & IT Provider industry in Bern.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

• Ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of the IAM/IAG platform, particularly based on Omada Identity Cloud
• Analyzing and resolving incidents, support requests, and technical disruptions in ongoing platform operation
• Optimizing provisioning processes, account management, and authorization management
• Developing and integrating interfaces, connectors, and REST API connections to target systems and directory services
• Evaluating operational and incident data and implementing sustainable improvements and automations
• Capturing, prioritizing, and managing business and technical requirements through to productive rollout
• Several years of practical experience in Identity & Access Management in complex enterprise environments
• Profound knowledge in authorization management, role models, Identity Governance, and IAM security principles
• Experience in the operation and further development of business-critical IT platforms as well as in incident management and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in automation and scripting with PowerShell, SQL, and REST APIs is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good communication skills in English
• Language skills: German
• Analytical and structured way of working
• High problem-solving competence and initiative
• Strong communication skills in interaction with technical and business stakeholders
