As part of a carve-out program following the separation of ***'s activities, a senior consultant is sought to support the teams on topics related to Microsoft identity, messaging, and security.

The project is part of a major transformation aimed at separating existing IT environments and building an autonomous organization.

• Support the separation of Microsoft environments within the carve-out.
• Design and implement evolutions around Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Administer and optimize Exchange Online environments.
• Participate in the implementation and strengthening of Microsoft Defender solutions.
• Lead functional and technical workshops with various stakeholders.
• Advise teams and champion the project's technical directions.
• Produce documentation and architecture recommendations.
• Ensure skills transfer to internal teams.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.

• Experience with carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, or entity separations would be a major asset.
