• Process incidents and support requests and advise internal customers from IT and Business
• Ensure the stable operation of the IAM/IAG platform Omada and continuously develop it, especially in the areas of provisioning and account management
• Analyze operational, support, and incident data, and derive and implement sustainable bug fixes, automations, and process improvements
• Analyze, design, and implement technical integrations, interfaces, connectors, and API connections
• Evaluate, design, and architecturally embed future IAM/IAG components, for example in the areas of provisioning, access management, and compliance
• Co-design and anchor security standards and best practices, especially Zero Trust and Least Privilege
• Gather and prioritize requirements with business departments, create specifications, and accompany implementation up to productive rollout
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Suppliers, and Customers, and provide technical support and coaching to less experienced team members
• Several years of practical experience in a comparable role in a complex Identity and Access Management environment
• Sound understanding of authorization management, role models, identity governance, and IAM security principles
• Experience in the operation and further development of business-critical platforms, as well as in the structured processing of incidents and support cases
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business contexts, communicate them appropriately to the target audience, and develop solutions together with various stakeholders
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working, as well as the willingness to critically examine existing approaches and implement concrete improvements
• Very good German language skills and the ability to communicate in English in everyday work
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Omada, SailPoint, One Identity, Microsoft Identity Manager, or comparable solutions
• Experience in integrating directory services and target systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, SAP, or comparable systems
• Practical experience in automation, scripting, and technical integrations, for example with PowerShell, REST APIs, and SQL
• Experience with Privileged Access Management, Cloud Governance, or the implementation of Zero Trust and Least Privilege principles
