For a long-term project in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Identity Governance / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Consulting in the operation of an Identity Governance platform
- Support with configuration and implementation tasks
- Analysis and resolution of disruptions
- Planning and support for security, system, and software updates
- Emergency support for production-critical failures
- Knowledge transfer and conducting training sessions
Requirements

- Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Experience with NetIQ Identity Governance and/or NetIQ Identity Manager
- Knowledge in authorization management
- Experience in the Linux environment (ideally SLES/SUSE)
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Very good German language skills
- Long-term mandate (36 months)
- On-site presence in Potsdam required
- Public tender
- Start from mid-November 2026
