Senior Information Provision Advisor (interim)

Project overview

The senior advisor supports the i-Sociaal Domein Chain Bureau in information provision within the Youth Act and Social Support Act.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Following external developments and legislation relevant to the Chain Bureau's products and services
• Organizing strategic consultation with software vendors together with the Dutch National Health Care Institute
• Translating and visualizing domain and reference architecture into existing and future products
• Participating in technical meetings about architectural choices and standards
• Maintaining relationships with chain partners such as the Dutch National Health Care Institute, Platform IZO, Nictiz, VECOZO, and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport
• Monitoring the quality, consistency, and interoperability of data in collaboration with the Intelligence Bureau, VECOZO, and municipalities
• Participating in the reference process of iStandaarden and other consultations within the social domain
• Articulating and visualizing complex issues related to localization, authorization, history, and consistency
• Handling data requests from third parties based on iStandaarden
• Giving presentations to the field about products, services, and developments
• Initiating and developing new data applications based on iWmo, iJW, and other municipal data sources
• Academic working and thinking level, demonstrated through a university degree or equivalent work experience in an information science or business administration direction
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the last 10 years with standards and architecture in the social domain (Youth Act and Social Support Act)
• Experience with setting up management cycles and participating in reference processes, including stakeholder management
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience with software applications, infrastructure, or data usage within the social domain
• Demonstrable network within the social domain through collaboration with parties such as VWS, ZIN, Nictiz, VECOZO, or Platform IZO
