Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to automate and standardize Linux and open-source platforms using Ansible, Python, and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves Infrastructure as Code implementation and support for container environments.
Project overview
Automation and standardization of Linux and open-source platforms. Development and maintenance of Ansible playbooks and roles. Automation of provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operation. Development of scripts with Bash, Python, and YAML. Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. Implementation of Infrastructure as Code solutions. Automation of patch and lifecycle processes. Support of container and platform environments. Technical conception and documentation.
Requirements
Several years of experience in infrastructure automation. Sound knowledge of Ansible and Infrastructure as Code. Good knowledge of Bash, Python, and YAML. Experience with GitLab and CI/CD. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift. Experience in the Linux and open-source environment. Very good German language skills. Willingness for occasional on-site assignments in the Stuttgart area.
